• No returns or exchanges on electronics, holiday, sale and clearance items.
• All returns must be accompanied by cash register receipt within 1 month of purchase.
• All merchandise must be in new, unused condition with tags & packaging for resale.
• Items which appear to us to have marks, defects, or have been worn &/or washed may not be returned.
• Merchandise refunds must be made in the same manner as the purchase.
• All return requests on electronics must be done through the manufacturer.
• Online customers USE CAUTION when opening packages as damage to items being opened or transported by the customer once purchased is NOT the responsibility of The Red Dragon Outfitters. 
• Return shipping costs for exchanges or returns to merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
